2023-10-03	2023-10-03 08:26: [Mads]: New strap was installed 2023-08-28 13:28: [Duncan]: Dome was unable to close because the strap that controls the upper panel had partially left its roller. The strain of closing the upper panel and tearing the centre of the strap pulled more strap through the clamp that sets the close position of the upper panel. I was able to pull enough of the strap through the clamp by resting the outer panel on some boxes and re-clamp the strap so that the dome closed properly. However, before further use of the dome the strap should be replaced. In addition a better guide for the strap should be added ot the roller to prevent this issue in the future.
