2022-09-02 04:35: [Duncan]: This turned out to be a network issue. In the SONG spectrograph room the fibre optic connection in the router needed to be unplugged and replugged - then it all worked.
2022-07-19 19:57: [Mads]: The main SONG switch to which the fibres from the three domes are connected indicates activity on two of the four fibre ports and a few packages on a third port send or received. This indicates either a hardware problem with one of the switches (fibre or PoE) in the dome or a cabling issue.
2022-07-19 09:02: [Duncan]: Everything looks to be running well. I don't know what could be wrong. All computers on, network running, PDU and telescope on. Not sure what to do next.
2022-07-18 04:57: [Jack]: I'm currently down with covid, and unable to attend site. I'll let Duncan know about it.
Connection is fine in the two SONG domes. |
